Alyson Michalka (full name Alyson Renae Michalka) was born on March 25, 1989 in Torrance, California, USA. She is a singer and an actress. Carrie and Mark Michalka are her parents. In the past her mother was a cheerleader for the NFL`s Oakland Raiders. She spent her childhood in Seattle, Washington and when she was five years old started appearing in church productions and improver her acting qualities. By the age of six she knew how to play the piano and after seven years started playing the guitar. She and her sister, AJ, started singing together and release albums. They were successful and she appeared in two musicals "Jailhouse Rock" and "A Time to Remember". Her acting career started with the Disney Channel Original Series, "Phil of the Future" where she played the role of Keely Teslow. Other movies in which she was seen are "Cow Belles", "Now You See It..." and "Haversham Hall". She was invited at television shows and appeared many times at TV. She has done music for two great movies, "Herbie: Fully Loaded" and "Ice Princess".

Alyson Renae "Aly" Michalka (born March 25, 1989) is an American actress and recording artist. Michalka gained fame for playing the role of Keely Teslow in the Disney Channel original series Phil of the Future. She is also known for her roles as Marti Perkins in the CW television drama Hellcats, Taylor Callum in the Disney Channel Original Movie Cow Belles, and Rhiannon Abernathy in the Golden Globe-nominated teen film Easy A. She is also known as one half of the musical duo 78violet (formerly Aly & AJ) with her sister Amanda Michalka. Aly has modeled for OP (Ocean Pacific) and Penumbra. She has also done fashion shoots for Maxim, OK! and Zooey.
