Carolina Dieckmann, the famous Brazilian actress, was born on 16 September, 1978. She was born to Roberto Diekmann, an Engineer and Maira Dieckmann. She grew p with her three brothers Bernardo and twins Frederico and Edgar. Carolina began her career as a model and achieved remarkable success. Antonio Velasquez of the modelling agency the Class Agency invited her for modeling. She participated in several advertising campaigns.
Later she moved on to act in movies. She passed the screen test and acted in the mini series Sex Appeal on television, in 1993. Carolina acted in Malha磯 as Julie and in TurnCan as Renata in 1996, and also in For Love as Catherine. She played the role of Claudinha. She received rave reviews for her role of Camila, a woman suffering from leukaemia in the Bows of Family in 2000. she even participated in a campaign for inspiring the people for bone marrow donation.
Her most recent works include Snakes and Lizards, by Jo㯠Emanuel Carneiro, in which she portrays a villainous role, that of Leona. In 2007, the actress posed naked for the photographer Fernando Torquato in Rio De Janeiro.
She married actor Marcos Frota in September 1997, and had one child with him, a son maned Davi, born on April 1999. The couple got divorced in March 2004. She is expecting her second child in August 2007, from her present boyfriend Tiago Worcman.
