Enrico "Rico" Colantoni (born February 14, 1963) is a Canadian actor, probably best known for portraying Elliot DiMauro in the sitcom Just Shoot Me!, and Keith Mars on the television series Veronica Mars. He has also had supporting roles in such films as The Wrong Guy, Galaxy Quest, and Artificial Intelligence: A.I. and guest appearances on Monk, NUMB3RS and Stargate SG-1. Recently, Colantoni portrayed DJ, a gun-toting former gourmet chef in the indie comedy "Sherman`s Way" opposite James LeGros. Colantoni currently appears in the police drama Flashpoint as Sergeant Gregory Parker. Colantoni was born in Toronto, Ontario, the son of Gina Colantoni, a garment worker, and Quintino Colantoni, a labourer and truck driver. He attended the University of Toronto studying psychology and sociology, but transferred to the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York. He graduated from the Yale School of Drama, winning the Carol Dye Award. His wife Nancy Snyder died in 2004. He lives with his two children, Quintin and Madilyn, in Los Angeles, California.
