Juan Pedro Lanzani studied at the Colegio Anunciación de María in Buenos Aires. Peter has three brothers — Juan Martín, Juan Pablo and Juan Bautista. Lanzani used to play rugby professionally, but dropped it due to his pursuit of an acting career, but he still plays it occasionally. In 2006, Lanzani made his television debut as Tábano on Chiquititas Sin Fin. It was the spin-off of Chiquititas by Cris Morena a family telenovela that aired from 1995 to 2001. Since 2007, Lanzani has starred as Thiago Bedoya Agüero in a successful Telefe series Casi Ángeles, which is not only known as one of the most popular adolescent television programs in Argentina and Latin America, but also as Lanzani`s first leading role. Alongside his acting work in Casi Ángeles, Lanzani has also become a member of a popular pop band, Teen Angels, with Casi Ángeles leading cast — Mariana E. Espósito, María Eugenia Suárez, Nicolás Riera, Gastón Dalmau and occasionally Emilia Attias and Nicolás Vázquez. Lanzani rarely discusses his personal life with the press. However he was linked to his Chiquititas and Casi Ángeles co-star Mariana Espósito since 2007. Their relationship ended in early 2010.
