Katrina Darrell (born on September 29, 1987), also known as "Bikini Girl", is a singer, and model known for her audition on American Idol's eighth season, She lives in Chino Hills, California, and is a mix of Italian, French, American Indian, and Spanish. Darrell once worked as a Hooters girl. She was eliminated from American Idol on February 4, 2009, yet appeared in the show's season finale on May 20, 2009 in a vocal throw-down against judge Kara DioGuardi.

Katrina "Bikini Girl" Darrell showed up to the auditions of the eighth season of American Idol wearing nothing but a bikini and high-heeled shoes. According to her MySpace page, she lives in California and is a singer and occasional model. For her American Idol audition, Darrell sang her version of the Mariah Carey song "Vision of Love." Idol`s newest judge, Kara DioGuardi, said, "Honestly, you don`t have the chops to sing that song sweetie, you`re a beautiful girl and that was a big song." Darrell piped back with "you`re demonstration wasn`t any better," causing the second female judge Paula Abdul to stand up and tell Darrell "that was not the right thing to say." Randy Jackson and Simon Cowell both voted yes for Darrell to go to Hollywood and Abdul welcomed her to the next round. After she received her ticket to Hollywood, Darrell and the Idol host Ryan Seacrest were taping a segment by the pool; when he admitted he didn`t have anything to say, Darrell planted a kiss on him, leaving him momentarily dumbfounded.
