María Del Cerro is an Argentine model and actress. Del Cerro was discovered by agency Super M in 2002. She got her first role in late 2007. Biography: María Del Cerro was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina,on March 20, 1985.Del Cerro started her career when she entered and won the reality show contest Super M in 2002. This lead her to several campaigns for Argentinian companies such as UFO, Ricky Sarkany, Ivana Picallo, Sweet Victorian, Muaa, Naffta, Union Good, Batido Express and Anca & Co. She also does runway work and is currently represented by the agency Chekka of Buenos Aires. Del Cerro`s acting career started with a role in the soap opera Romeo and Juliet, which aired on Argentina`s Canal 9. In 2008, she landed the role of Melody on teen hit soap Casi Ángeles. She studied drama, dancing, and singing, and has been taking lessons with acting professor Joy Morris. She admits it gives her the confidence she needs to take the first steps in the career she really wants to pursue, acting. Currently Del Cerro is taping the second season of Casi Ángeles, airing on Telefé. María Del Cerro (born 20 March 1985) is an Argentine model, occasionallly actress and occasionallly singer. She began her modelling career participating in the reality show for models SúperM in 2001, and became one of Argentine leading modelling figures. Del Cerro spawned her acting career in 2007, in television series Romeo y Julieta. Her biggest role by now came with the Cris Morena Group series Casi Ángeles. Before that, Del Cierro was also known for being a girlfriend of popular actor Benjamín Rojas.
