Phillip Van Dyke (born June 13 1984) is an American actor best known for his role as the goblin Luke, in the first two of the Halloweentown movie series. He had a role in the short-lived series Family Court. He appeared once in a guest role in Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman. He also had the title role in the short-lived Nickelodeon series Noah Knows Best. He also appeared as the sixteen year old Christopher Hayden on the show GIlmore Girls in the season three episode titles Dear Emily and Richard. Phillip made an appearance on The Amanda Show. According to the show, he was supposed to be in a sketch with Amanda Bynes, but Amanda`s crazed "#1 fan", Penelope Taynt (Amanda Bynes), captured him so she could find Amanda. She constantly shot him with a laser that caused him to go into an unconscious state. He was born in San Francisco and currently lives there.
